The Company maintains a dedicated KYC Compliance & Corporate Services department to ensure the diligent application of robust company policies and procedures in accordance and compliance with the local laws and regulations as a Dubai based company.
As an entity registered under the DMCC Freezone Authority, We are committed to full engaging in lawful non-sanctioned trades, and ensuring compliance with applicable trade and financial sanctions including those of the USA and UK, under our Sanctions Compliance, AML and KYC Policies.
the UAE’s laws as also the US Federal laws, implementing a frequently updated Sanctions Policy against every transaction while maintaining strict controls and KYC checks to prevent money laundering or any other illegal activities via any of the external associates we collaborate with.

Terminals & Storage
FROM PARTNERSHIPS TO OWNERSHIP
We have exclusive commercial partnerships with oil terminals distribution points, refineries and storage facilities across the Middle East and particularly, in Iraq, U.A.E and Oman.
The oil terminal facilities that we collaborate These well established and reliable partnerships enables us to bring product from the oil fields into the hands of our Clientele. with have direct access to refineries and oil fields with on-site lab testing and multiple export distribution points by road, rail, ship (berth jetty) and pipeline. We are also proudly affiliated with our very own newly-built, state of the art Iraq oil terminal and storage facility VS Oil Terminal, that it privately owned and operated by the VS Group situated in the South of Iraq, Basrah. Our terminal provides the full spectrum of oil terminal and storage services, including on-site internationally accredited independantly run lab testing and blending facilities, with multiple import and export distribution points, including by road (trucks), railway (tank wagons), pipeline and berth jetty (vessels).
On top of that, we now have our very own state-of-the-art oil storage and products facility operating in the South of Iraq, outside the city of Basrah, as we are aiming to offer optimal service to our Clients and cover their requirements for storage and distribtuion.
